Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move and load materials
- →Inspect, maintain, and report equipment conditions to ensure reliable operation
- →Support production goals by supplying material to crushers, conveyors, and stockpiles
- →Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment
- →Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily activities
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently
- Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Skill in identifying equipment issues and reporting them promptly
- Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
