Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and other metals according to specifications.
- → Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- → Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components and structures.
- → Set up and operate TIG welding machines and related fabrication equipment.
- → Select appropriate welding techniques, materials, and filler rods based on job requirements.
- → Measure, cut, bend, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- → Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
- → Maintain welding equipment, tools, and work areas in good working condition.
- → Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proven experience as a TIG Welder/Fabricator.
- Strong TIG welding skills, particularly on stainless steel and/or mild steel.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
- Good knowledge of welding and fabrication tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant welding certification or technical qualification is an advantage.
