Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Service Manager role, preferably within an automotive dealership.
- Experience working with multi-brand vehicles and managing teams.
- Experience working with Body Shop Repairers.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality service and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
