Requirements
~1 min read- Current and unrestricted license in Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain in Arizona
- Clean professional background (no disciplinary actions or malpractice claims)
- Credentialing eligibility with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
- Experience in outpatient primary care or family medicine preferred
- AZ State NP/PA License (Or in process)
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- Active Unrestricted DEA License
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or after-hours shifts
- Diverse, all-ages patient panel

- Support from in-house clinical staff and administrative team
- Dedicated scribe to improve efficiency and reduce documentation burden

Responsibilities

- →Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- →Create and manage personalized care plans
- →Order, interpret, and follow up on labs and imaging
- →Educate patients on lifestyle changes and disease prevention
- →Collaborate with a medical scribe for accurate clinical documentation
- →Coordinate referrals and manage care transitions
- →Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices
