~1 min read- →Perform comprehensive and focused visits, including annual physicals and preventive screenings
- →Diagnose and manage chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and COPD
- →Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
- →Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- →Provide education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
- →Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and administrative staff
- →Document all clinical encounters in the EHR with scribe support
- →Manage a patient panel of approximately 10–15 patients per day to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements
~1 min read- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Current DEA registration
- Eligible for credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurers
- Clean professional record with no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
- AZ State NP/PA License (Or in process)
- NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- Active Unrestricted DEA License
