- →Oversee sales performance, underwriting, and daily operations
- →Recruit, onboard, and train new agents
- →Build and manage a profitable book of business
- →Coach team members on sales strategies, compliance, and growth
- →Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and accountability tracking
- →Drive a culture of professionalism, respect, and results
- Active insurance license(s)
- Minimum 3+ years of insurance sales experience
- Strong understanding of underwriting and agency operations
- Proven sales performance and ability to hit/exceed targets
Nice to Have
~1 min read- 3–5+ years in P&C, Life/Health, or multi-line insurance
- Prior leadership, mentorship, or team lead experience
- Experience growing a book of business
- Strong background in cross-selling and upselling
- Agency management systems (Applied Epic, HawkSoft, EZLynx, or similar)
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Carrier portals and quoting tools
- Honest, reliable, and respected
- Strong communicator who builds real relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
- Adaptable and solution-oriented
- Kind—but not a pushover
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow something meaningful
