• →Direct daily work activities on the line in order to meet productivity and production goals.
• →Training of operators in accordance to work instructions and training plan.
• →Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• →Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
• →Evaluate new operators following the OJTs.

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience
• Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion
• Strong computer aptitude and experience
• Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required
