• →Must be at least 19 years of age.
• →High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• →Minimum one (1) year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar, service bar, fine dining, hospitality, or nightclub environment.
• →Demonstrated knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage recipes, and mixology techniques.
• →Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• →Ability to accurately operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
• →Demonstrated commitment to responsible alcohol service and ethical conduct.
• →Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

• ServSafe Certification.
• TIPS Alcohol Awareness Certification.

• Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods throughout assigned shifts.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying beverage products and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Frequent use of hands and arms to prepare beverages and operate bar equipment.
• Exposure to loud noise, cleaning chemicals, glassware, refrigeration equipment, and secondhand smoke in designated casino areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate beverage dispensing equipment and bar service systems.

• Travel is not required for this position.
• Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be available to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
