About the Role

As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality culinary experiences by assisting with preparation, production, and daily operations within your assigned section. Working closely with the Chef de Partie and senior chefs, you will contribute to maintaining consistency, precision, and excellence in every dish.

Responsibilities

→Support daily operations within your assigned kitchen station
→Assist in preparing menu items and specials according to standards
→Complete mise en place and ensure proper station setup before service
→Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency and quality
→Communicate effectively with senior chefs regarding shortages or operational needs
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
→Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients after service
→Follow HACCP and hygiene standards at all times
→Support timely and efficient food service delivery
→Assist the team with additional tasks and kitchen operations as required

Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Good understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude
Fluency in English
Culinary or hospitality certification is an advantage

Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
