Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Design and deliver social media graphics: Instagram posts & stories, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, banners, etc
- → Create short-form video content (motion graphics, edits, stylised clips) tailored for social media platforms
- → Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across campaigns
- → Work to strict deadlines, adapt rapidly to feedback and iterate quickly
- → Collaborate with account managers, content creators and artists to understand the brief and deliver on the vision
- → Keep up to date with social trends, formats, and emerging visual styles in the music & entertainment space
- A designer with strong graphics experience PLUS videography/editing skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere / Final Cut, or equivalent)
- Experienced in creating social-first visuals and video content that stands out in a crowded feed
- Comfortable working to brand guidelines and able to adapt style accordingly
- Excellent time-management: you meet deadlines, handle multiple deliverables and stay organised
- Creative and flexible: you respond to feedback, pivot quickly when needed and bring fresh ideas
- Ideally: experience in music, entertainment or agency environment (but not essential if you bring strong design/video skills and enthusiasm)
- Portfolio that shows both strong still graphic work and social video content
