The position of HVAC Install Apprentice/Helper is to deliver exceptional HVAC installation service to the customer by completing and installing HVAC equipment and accessories and to ensure all work is performed correctly and is reflective of Hiller’s values.

 

 

Support Lead Installer in:

Installing HVAC related equipment.

Installing Sheet metal duct systems.

Connecting gas lines to heating equipment.

Cutting and threading pipes.

Wiring both line voltage and low voltage to heating equipment.

Installing copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.

Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Prior work experience in the HVAC industry as an HVAC Install Apprentice.

Possess good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.

 

 

EPA Certified or pursuing.

A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

HVAC certification or Diploma preferred.

Valid driver’s license, and approved to drive by Company’s insurance carrier.
