Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial partner across the organization, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows, performs, and plans for the future.

Own and manage the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast models
Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods
Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operartional visibility
Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing and performance
Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action
Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required
Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights
Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders
