• →Participate in rotational assignments across business, commercial, customer, regulatory, financial, and corporate functions. 

• →Support business analysis, reporting, planning, and operational initiatives. 

• →Assist with projects related to finance, accounting, supply chain, customer operations, sustainability, regulatory, or corporate services teams. 

• →Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to support business objectives. 

• →Analyze information used to support operational and organizational performance. 

• →Contribute to compliance, governance, and risk management activities. 

• →Support process improvement initiatives and operational effectiveness efforts. 

• →Engage in leadership development, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities. 

• →Participate in networking and cohort learning activities. 

• →Build business knowledge through exposure to multiple functions and assignments. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Communications, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. 

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements. 

• Ability to work from assigned Avangrid locations participating in the rotational program. 

• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and support business decisions. 

• Ability to work effectively within collaborative environments. 

• Communication and interpersonal skills. 

• GPA of 3.2 or higher. 

• Internship or co-op experience. 

• Interest in energy, infrastructure, sustainability, utility operations, or corporate services.
