CALLING ALL SUPERSTARS!! Do you have experience in Fashion Retail Management? Want to work in a fun team environment? Able to work a flexible schedule? Are you shaking your head YES?? You sound like the perfect fit for Uptown Cheapskate Woodlands. We're NOT your typical retail store. We buy, sell, and trade styles from top brands like Abercrombie to luxury names like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Our style leans towards young adults but everyone can find something to love at Uptown!

We are seeking a strong Assistant Leader with the ability to manage staff, Lead our buying team, Assist with strong inventory management/organization skills, a go-getter who gets the job done. Must have team spirit and a positive attitude (don't kill our vibe!)

Core Responsibilities/Key Skills Needed for this position:

Evaluate & price inventory using our proprietary software (we'll train)
Manage inventory through regular markdowns and merchandising
Direct a team of 8-20 people daily
Assist with leadership expertise and be driven
Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Fashion Retail within the last 4 years
Must be a team player, have GREAT initiative, Be Responsible & a fast learner
Must have open availability on weekends
Must work with Store Management to consistently meet store goals
Must be able to fill in for call-outs from staff members
Must have Strong Ethics. Be Ready to hit the ground running everyday
