About the Role

  • AA, BA, or higher (Special Education, Psychology, or Education preferred)
  • Hands-on experience supporting students with special needs or learning differences (e.g., ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia) — currently enrolled college students with this experience are encouraged to apply
  • Able to commit to a student for the full school year. Consistency is central to a student's IEP progress, so we're looking for tutors who can build a lasting relationship rather than a short-term fill-in.
  • Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach
  • Reliable vehicle for local travel to client homes
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus — premium rates available for bilingual matches
