About the Role

Associate degree, or higher, in business or similar areas of study; or direct experience equivalent
Five (5)+ years of experience in financial/banking services.
Three (3)+ years as a people manager.
Comprehensive knowledge of the state and federal regulations such as Reg. B, Reg. E, Reg. D, Reg. CC, Reg. Z, and the Bank Secrecy Act
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in formal business communications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
