At Hitachi Energy Vietnam, the Senior Order Handling Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the seamless processing and execution of customer orders from receipt through to final delivery. Acting as a key link between customers, sales, planning, logistics, and operations teams, you will drive order fulfillment excellence, maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will manage the end-to-end order processing cycle, including order entry, verification, scheduling, order acknowledgment, and invoicing.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
You will monitor order backlogs and delivery performance, proactively identifying risks and communicating solutions to customers and stakeholders.
You will process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and other customer requests in accordance with company procedures and service standards.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date order data within ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and operational excellence.
You will prepare and analyze order management reports, performance metrics, and trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
You will support team development and process excellence by providing guidance to junior colleagues while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

You hold a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in order handling, customer service, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, supported by a solid understanding of order-to-cash processes and supply chain principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, written and verbal.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to manage data, generate reports, and support business decisions.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, coupled with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
