Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in personal care, cosmetics, OTC, consumer packaged goods, or related product development environments.

Master's or Ph.D. degree from an accredited institution in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline is preferred
Experience with topical products, sprays, emulsions, hydroalcoholic systems, skin-benefit ingredients, or OTC active ingredients is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

What We Offer

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $71,000– $101,100. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity.  Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
