Lead Monetization Manager

Almedia rewards people for engaging with advertisers’ products. Ads are already live in the Freecash app via AppLovin MAX; now we want a hands-on lead to grow revenue from interstitial and rewarded ads without losing sight of the user experience. This is a senior individual-contributor role, not a team-management role.

• Improve ad placements, formats, and audience segmentation in the Freecash app.

• Run frequent tests and use the results to grow CPMs and total ad revenue.

• Optimize MAX mediation, bidders, and partner performance; pursue custom deals where they add value.

• Balance revenue gains against retention and user-experience trade-offs, working closely with product and Marco.

• Proven ownership of in-app ad monetization, ideally in gaming or a high-volume consumer app.

• Hands-on experience with rewarded and interstitial ads, mediation, and bidding.

• Evidence of turning experiments and commercial opportunities into measurable revenue gains.

• Bonus: Experience shaping ad formats with product teams or applying monetization expertise to new products such as Link.
