• →Design and implement software solutions that support financial information processing across cloud-based and on-premises environments.
• →Mentor and guide junior developers, providing oversight to ensure effective task execution and delivery.
• →Analyze business requirements and ensure software solutions meet defined functional and compliance needs.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to support seamless integration across system components.
• →Maintain software quality and ensure adherence to Broadridge development standards and guidelines.
• →Evaluate and recommend tools and frameworks that enhance software development and test automation capabilities.
• →Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve design, coding, and testing activities.
• →Lead and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and practical use cases for engineering acceleration.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Experience with EKS, ECS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices..
• Experience with Kafka and MQ
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices, relational databases, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of SQL

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $150,000-$170,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
