- →Highlight featured toy sets and new releases during live sessions to drive sales and engage with the audience.
- →Create interactive, fun, and informative content to engage audiences, drive sales, and bring the joy of toys into every household.
- →Stay current with the latest trends in live streaming, toy marketing, and e-commerce, keeping sessions fresh and relevant.
- →Continuously improve livestream performance and enhance viewer engagement.
- →Work with the commercial and merchandising teams to align live streaming activities with broader brand strategies.
- →Provide excellent customer service and support during live sessions, answering queries and sharing insights on each product.
- →Ensure a smooth operation, maximizing sales directly from live sessions.
Requirements
~1 min read- Prior experience in hosting or live streaming on e-commerce platforms is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- A passion for toy sets and play, with the ability to engage viewers and convey excitement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to virtual audience.
- Family friendly / presentable / no tattoos
