Seasonal Production Assistant (Seam Ripper)

Quality Control and Project Management
• Exceptional quality control of product before and during production
• Able to achieve reasonable production output based on daily mix of production (of different garment styles)
• Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail while using seam rippers, rulers, pins, and other sewing equipment

What Experience You Need:
• Must have previous experience working in high-capacity production roles

What Will Make You Successful:
• Effective written and verbal communication and the ability to communicate regularly and professionally with team members
•Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics and patterns
• Must be detail oriented and meticulous
• Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work unsupervised

Compensation & Schedule:
• Starting pay: $18/hour.
• Shift differential: +$1.00/hour if hired for 2nd shift.• Schedule: This is a temporary, seasonal position through the end of December. Overtime will be
required during the weekend of Black Friday into Cyber Monday, with potential for other weekend
dates through peak.
• Holiday pay: This seasonal position is not eligible for holiday pay, paid time off, or other company
benefits.
