All full-time Dollar Tree DC Associates who have completed 180 days of employment and who work an average of 35 hours per week will be eligible for PTO. If hired during the first or second fiscal quarter, 2 days will be given for the remainder of the year.  The full grant of 11 days will be given at the beginning of the next fiscal year. Year 2-4 will grant 16 days, year 5-14 will grant 21 days, and 15+ years will grant 25.5 days.
