Work-life balance with no weekends and no holidays! Six weeks of time off per year!
What You’ll Do:
Join a mission-driven team where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a strong work-life balance. The Occupational Therapist provides participant-centered evaluations, treatments, and interventions that help participants maintain independence, safety, and quality of life at home, at PACE of Southwest Michigan, and in the community. As part of the interdisciplinary care team, this role contributes to individualized care planning and ongoing coordination to support successful community living and aging with dignity.
