• →Contact merchants regarding past-due accounts through inbound and outbound calls
• →Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options
• →Follow up consistently on delinquent accounts to drive resolution
• →Build rapport while maintaining professionalism and empathy

• Spanish speaking a plus
• Prior collections or sales experience a plus
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Experience negotiating payment plans or settlements
• Ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Comfortable making 50-100+ calls per day
• Competitive mindset and ability to handle pressure
