EHS Specialist – AWW Shift (Onsite)

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  
  

• Associate degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Technology, or related field
• 2 years of relevant environmental/EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of RCRA, SPCC, stormwater, and air compliance preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• →Conduct Environmental, Health and Safety inspections to include waste areas, chemical storage, stormwater controls, and air emission points.
• →Manage hazardous and universal waste, including container labeling, storage, and pickups.
• →Support spill prevention and first-response activities; maintain spill kit availability.
• →Verify proper chemical storage and ensure SDS access; support environmental review for new chemicals.
• →Complete required environmental logs, documentation, and daily AWW shift handoff notes.
• →Assist with SPCC, stormwater, air permit, and wastewater compliance tasks as needed.
• →Provide basic safety support and respond to shift-level EHS incidents.
• →Ability to work independently during AWW hours.
