SAP Concur Configuration Consultant

TSGi is seeking a SAP Design Funcitonal Lead to support a large-scale federal travel and expense modernization initiative serving civilian government agencies. In this role, you will own SAP Concur functional configuration and process design for external financial-system provider onboarding, access, integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance, and supporting documentation within a non-production environment.

Candidates local to Herndon, VA are preferred and will be expected to work onsite four (4) days per week. Fully remote candidates will also be considered; however, West Coast candidates will not be considered.

Per our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

• →Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.
• →Define and document onboarding, sponsorship, user-access, and testing workflows for authorized external financial-system providers.
• →Translate business and technical requirements into SAP Concur configurations, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• →Support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for API and file-based integrations.
• →Develop and maintain operational and process documentation.
• →Support identity, access management, provider onboarding, and non-production testing processes.
• →Apply knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations to configuration and process design.
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure integrations and workflows meet functional and operational requirements.

• 5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience translating requirements into configuration, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding, and non-production testing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• SAP Concur certification preferred.
• API, SFTP, or shared-services experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Rational ClearQuest, Rational ClearCase, and CMMI Level 3 preferred.
