As a Benefits Specialist, you’ll connect with members virtually, review available programs, answer questions, and help them understand the coverage options available to their families. The focus is on providing clear information, professional service, and a positive member experience.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team

• Ability to successfully complete a background check
