• Doctoral degree in Mathematics
  • Applicants nearing completion of a doctoral degree may be considered; however, employment is contingent upon submission of evidence of degree completion by August 1, 2027. 
• Demonstrated productivity or promise in an area of pure mathematics.
• Demonstrated potential for effective teaching across a broad range of mathematics courses, including courses in pure mathematics, and for mentoring undergraduate research. 
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing efforts to improve one’s pedagogy and incorporating innovative ideas in the classroom. 
• Demonstrated commitment to teaching undergraduates from diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and academic backgrounds, including first-generation students.
