The Green Health and Wellness Center Emergency Department offers 24-hour medical attention from board-certified, emergency medicine physicians. Backed by the full resources of Cleveland Clinic Akron General and Cleveland Clinic, this team ensures the continuity of care for the community of Green. As a Clinical Technician, you will support your fellow caregivers and medical staff by providing patients with top-quality care in the Emergency Department. Under the supervision of an RN, you will utilize your technical and applicable skills to enhance the patient experience and create a welcoming, healing environment. Helping patients with seemingly simple tasks like self-care can make a meaningful difference in their lives, offering a unique opportunity to truly take pride in your work. You will also provide clerical support in this role, acting as a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC). Requirements

Requires full body motion to move and lift patients, manual finger dexterity with good eye-hand coordination; involves extensive standing and walking.
Medium Work - Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force rarely, and/or 0 to 50 pounds of force occasionally to move objects.
Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
