Responsibilities

→Support 1-2 Program Managers overseeing CHW teams serving hundreds of patients
→Schedule training sessions, team meetings, and community events
→Maintain program documentation, client records, and compliance requirements
→Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure outcomes and improve program quality
→Engage with community members, colleagues, and partners, including those who may be upset
→Will be responsible for enrollment of patients into the program

Requirements

3–5 years in program coordination, research administration, or equivalent experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Proven experience with data collection, analysis, and protocol implementation
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver's license, must own a and have car insurance
Ability to travel to multiple locations across the Atlanta area
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening
