What You'll Do

Assist customers who call or email our Customer Service team with install or product-related questions
Monitor product delivery and act as point of contact for customers
Audit sold orders for accuracy and completeness
Strive to provide S&G's customers with a world-class customer service experience
Work closely with a supportive, service-focused team
