Evening Custodian

Power Design has an opportunity for a Custodian to join our organization for the overnight shift. Hours will be 6 pm to 2 am.

• →Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.
• →Gather and empty trash.
• →Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
• →Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
• →Dust furniture, walls, and all vertical and horizontal surfaces.
• →Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• →Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• →Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• →Perform general laborer work and miscellaneous tasks as needed and assigned by Facilities Manager or Property Manager.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good client/customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products or willing to learn.
• 2-3 years commercial verifiable cleaning experience needed.
• Ability to stand or be on feet for good portion of shift.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on occasion. 
• Ability to accommodate an overnight work schedule.
• Compensation: $18/hr
