Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide administrative support to Sales, Maintenance, and Installation teams
- →Prepare and manage customer contracts, documentation, and service-related records
- →Coordinate customer communications, contract updates, and key account follow-ups
- →Support scheduling activities, service orders, inspections, and subcontractor coordination
- →Prepare quotations, process repair-related opportunities, and support billing activities
- →Maintain accurate data in internal systems and customer portals
- →Assist with reporting and public tender administration
- Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar coordination role is desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficiency in English
