Responsibilities

- →Develop deeper understanding of customers' needs regarding space requirements and utilisation, and rental assistance etc.
- →Arrears management
- →Manage tenant-landlord relationships and negotiate tenancy renewals
- Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred
- Analytical and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
