• →License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• →Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred
• →Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• →Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred
• →Skills: N/A

• →Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• →Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• →Would assume direct patient care if necessary
• →Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• →Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
