Shipping Clerk - Day Shift

The Shipping Clerk works as a member of the Shipping Team to ensure customer

orders are shipped accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced warehouse

environment. This role supports daily shipping goals, maintains compliance and

safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of shipping processes.

Must be able to pass a background check. 

• →Ship customer orders on schedule while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly shipping targets.
• →Process shipments and perform accurate data entry in the ERP system (Odoo).
• →Verify shipment accuracy, documentation, and labels prior to carrier pickup.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping work area.
• →Participate in regular inventory audits.
• →Proactively identify errors or process issues and recommend solutions.
• →Communicate effectively with team members to resolve shipping issues and meet deadlines.
• →Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
• →Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards, injury reporting,
• →and workers' compensation guidelines.
• →Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Prior shipping or warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills with experience operating an ERP system.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to scheduled breaks.
