KBS Process Associate with English Language (+ any other European language) (KONE BUSINESS SERVICES) F/M

In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system

• Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries

• Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

• Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data

• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment

• Aspiration to learn and develop

• Team player with ability to work autonomously

• English Language and any other European Language is an advantage.

• Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
