Based in Colorado Springs, CO, or Huntsville, AL, this role is essential to supporting the U.S. President, the Secretary of Defense, and combatant commanders at the strategic, regional, and operational levels.

This position does not provide relocation assistance and requires on-site work with no remote options.

The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is an essential part of the Missile Defense System. C2BMC delivers layered missile defense capabilities that provide an optimized response to threats across all ranges and flight phases. It serves as a force multiplier by connecting, integrating, and synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations, both globally and regionally, to improve overall performance. C2BMC is also a key component of all ground and flight tests that verify and demonstrate the missile defense system's current and future capabilities.

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join the C2BMC Regional Applications Analysis team, working closely with the C2BMC Chief Analyst to assess system behavior, support test and operational scenarios, and provide actionable insights to program leadership and customers.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute automated analysis tools and apply manual techniques to evaluate software capabilities, system performance, and behaviors in an integrated, multi-system environment
  • Interpret and synthesize large volumes of data (logs, metrics, displays, and reports) to characterize system behavior, identify anomalies, and quantify performance against requirements
  • Interface with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts, including systems engineering, software development, integration and test, operations, and mission analysis—to: Define analysis approaches and objectives, Set up and configure scenarios and test conditions and Assist with anomaly reproduction and resolution
  • Develop clear, concise analysis products, including reports, briefings, and visualizations, to communicate findings and recommendations to customers, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Participate in technical reviews, working groups, and debriefs to present analysis results and support data-driven decision-making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis tools, processes, and methodologies to increase rigor, repeatability, and efficiency
