- Position: Physical Therapist II - Inpatient
- Location: Evanston Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
- Rotation into 2 weekend days per month and 2 Holidays per year (2 summer and 2 winter)
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
- →Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing in our EPIC EMR
- →Participates in the clinical supervision of students
- →Education: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program of the Medical or American Physical Therapy Association or educational equivalent.
- →Licensure: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- →Certification: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association
- →Experience: Current experience in acute care setting (ICU, CVA, Ortho, Neuro). Will consider a new graduate with strong fieldwork in acute care hospital setting
- →Unique Experience: Wound Care/edema experience a plus
