- Position: Speech Language Pathologist – Inpatient Adult – Per Diem
- Location: Glenbrook Hospital. May require floating to Evanston and Highland Park Hospitals
- Full Time/Part Time: Per Diem (as needed per 6-week schedule)
- Hours: Days
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to adult physician referred patients
- →Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
- →Participate in the clinical supervision of students
- →Education: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from a University program accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association
- →License: Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of IL required
- →Certification: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association
- →Experience: Minimum 1-year independent adult inpatient speech therapy experience required
