Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Clean and reset guest rooms and shared spaces.
- →Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- →Work efficiently and independently while still being a valued member of the team
- →Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- →Deliver service that keeps guests happy “housekeeping from the heart.”
- →Handle guest concerns or service recovery situations promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- →Perform key tasks such as:
- →Changing bed linens
- →Sanitizing surfaces
- →Vacuuming
- →Replenishing amenities
- Make $15 and up
