Equipment Manager

• →Procure and manage field service equipment, including laptops, tools, calibrated test equipment, network hardware, equipment cases, and other operational assets.
• →Maintain accurate asset records and inventory within equipment management systems.
• →Track calibration requirements and coordinate calibration, preventative maintenance, and recertification activities.
• →Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with manufacturers and service providers.
• →Partner with Field Service leaders to forecast short-term and long-term equipment needs based on service demand and project forecasts.
• →Ensure appropriate equipment availability to support field operations and customer commitments.
• →Coordinate shipping, receiving, deployment, and return of equipment for field technicians and customer projects.
• →Conduct inventory audits and monitor equipment utilization.
• →Develop and maintain processes that improve equipment readiness, asset visibility, and operational efficiency.
• →Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and asset management requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in equipment management, inventory control, logistics, field service support, or a related operational role.
• Experience managing asset tracking systems and inventory records.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

This role serves as the primary point of accountability for ensuring field service personnel have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time.
