• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site Project Manager
• Process Site Access Compliance applications in an efficient and timely manner
• Coordinate and administer all travel, accommodation, inductions, issuing of PPE and associated site access requirements for site employees, contractors and visitors
• Monitor and reinforce compliance requirements for visitor, new employee and contractor site entry procedures
• Timely processing and follow up of camp maintenance requests
• Maintain office supplies and general housekeeping
• Processing and validation of fleet management data and EOM reporting
