Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to software components and system architecture.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration.
- Experience in managing and configuring web servers to optimize application performance and security.
- Strong understanding of server infrastructure, deployment processes, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to monitor server health, analyze logs, and resolve issues to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline server management tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
