HR Business Partner (FDS)

• →Working closely with the Managing Director and the Leaders the incumbent will act as the HR point of reference for the company
• →Manage employment law, labour relations and trade union matters, providing practical guidance to HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
• →Manage relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, supporting consultations, negotiations and the drafting and implementation of company-level agreements.
• →Ensure the correct interpretation and application of Italian employment legislation, collective bargaining agreements, company agreements and internal policies.
• →Support and coach people leaders on people management topics
• →Manage Performance Review cycle and Talent Development activities
• →Manage or support disciplinary procedures, individual and collective employment matters, settlements and labour disputes.
• →Monitor legal and regulatory developments and contribute to the drafting and review of employment contracts, HR policies, internal procedures and legal documentation.
• →Supervisioning Payroll and Admin activities in collaboration with an internal

• University degree in Law.
• Solid professional experience in employment law, labour relations, industrial relations or employee relations.
• Direct experience in managing relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Ability to support negotiations, disputes, settlements and sensitive employee-relations matters.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience within multinational companies, international organisations or consulting firms, preferably in complex and structured environments.
• Previous exposure to Payroll, personnel administration or labour-cost topics. This will be considered an advantage but is not an essential requirement.

Reflecting our internal structured Job Architecture and commitment to pay transparency, the salary range for this role starting from 35.000€ Collective Labour Agreement Telecommunication.

Final placement will be determined objectively based on the candidate’s professional seniority, technical proficiency demonstrated during the selection, align with our internal pay equity standards, pay transparency and gender equality criteria set out in Directive (UE) 2023/970.
