This full-time, onsite position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Founded by two engineers, its systems, software, and hardware engineering teams model, analyze, design, integrate, develop, and deploy complex mission systems side by side with government customers, and the company also builds rugged RF hardware for specialized SIGINT applications. It works alongside many of the largest national security integrators and operates from Columbia, Maryland, near Fort Meade. What will you do Support software design, development, integration, and defect resolution for mission systems. You will translate user needs into design and performance requirements, improve development documentation and processes, and work with existing or proposed data repositories. Responsibilities Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Debug existing software and correct defects. Recommend improvements to documentation and software development process standards. Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features. Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments. Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories. Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management and seven years of experience in systems engineering, or 12 years of experience in systems engineering without a degree. Strong Python skills. Some background in C++. Experience with GitLab and Docker. Ability to work onsite at Fort Meade, MD. Desired Skills Networking experience. Signals intelligence (SIGINT) background.
