Nice to Have

Current NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license – required
Dependable and punctual
Good communication with clients, families, and our office
Comfortable assisting seniors in their homes
Able to follow a client’s individual care plan
Reliable transportation to client assignments
Previous home care experience preferred

We take communication seriously. If you are running late, unable to make a shift, or have a concern about a client, we expect you to communicate directly with our office. In return, you can expect our team to communicate with and support you.

Responsibilities

Depending on the client, responsibilities may include:

→Bathing, dressing and personal care
→Mobility and walking assistance
→Meal preparation
→Medication reminders
→Light housekeeping and laundry
→Companionship
→Transportation or errands when required
→Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
→Completing care notes and required documentation
