• →Billing Questions and Issue
• →Cancellation of orders
• →Referring to the manufacturer
• →Following up on orders or concerns
• →Product Inquiries
• →Return and exchange questions and processes
• →Return requests for faulty products or size issues
• →Refunds for items
• →Correcting Shipping errors
• →Offering Substitutes for items that are out of stock.
• →Basic Tech Support for items
• →Tracking inquiry
• →Warranty request/claim
• →Wholesale Inquiries
• →Sales
• →Payment processing

• Minimum of 6 months Customer service experience
• Prior knowledge of Retail Ops or similar order processing system is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Quick learner who can pay attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• Positive attitude and with desire to help customers
