At Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a charismatic and warm Restaurant Host / Hostess, who will act as the first point of contact for our guests, delivering an iconic first impression. 

• →Greet guests warmly upon arrival at the restaurant, managing guest flow, table assignments, and coat checks. 

• →Manage restaurant reservations and table bookings efficiently. 

• →Communicate guest preferences, special celebrations, and allergies accurately to the service team and kitchen. 

• →Escort guests to their tables, ensuring immediate comfort and introducing the floor team. 

• →Handle incoming calls, guest inquiries, and seating changes with grace and professionalism. 

• →Bid farewell to departing guests, gathering feedback to ensure complete satisfaction. 

• Around 1–2 years of experience in a host/welcoming role within luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, or high-end venues. 

• Excellent presentation, poise, and welcoming interpersonal skills. 

• Experience with reservation management software and telephone etiquette. 

• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under pressure during peak service. 

• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
